Each morning, I use deep breathing exercise to push my oxygen saturation up to 100%. My body then readjusts to bring it back down to its normal level. Do you think there is any benefit to this? Well, my smart watch doesn't. It basically tells me that I've wasted my time for 20 minutes. Why? Because my heart rate barely clears 80 bpm, and my "calories burned" is minimal.
